Indiana based security company looking to hire a sales representative.
Looking for A) one individual to work the Indianapolis, Gary and Fort Wayne market or B) will hire an individual for each market. This individual would be responsible for making contact with businesses, providing insight on our company, explaining what we can offer, doing a risk assessment for the location, and providing leads on interested businesses back to our office. We offer a "work at your pace, on your time" schedule for this position.
Individual must be mature, goal driven, exhibit good people skills, have strong communication, clean in appearance, attentive, critical thinker, and empathetic. Knowledge base of the security industry is a highly regarded bonus trait, but not necessarily required.
Pay offerings are as follows:
1) $10/hr base pay, $50 for securing an upper management sit down, $500-$1000 for each contract acquired with a minimal 60/hrs week allocated. Fuel and hotels covered (if necessary). Required minimum: 2 upper management inquiries per week.
2) 0.5-1.5% commission for the life of each secured contract (persists even after separation from company).
