What You’ll Do
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget for commissioning and building performance projects.
- Review and interpret MEP and control system drawings for design and field compliance.
- Lead or oversee functional testing, start-up verification, and issue resolution.
- Direct development of commissioning documentation and final reports.
- Train clients and operators on building system performance.
- Mentor staff and contribute to technical development.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline, or equivalent technical experience.
- 5 years in commissioning, MEP project management, or building systems.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and controls systems.
- Strong technical writing, coordination, and client communication skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally and nationally as projects require.
Preferred Certifications: CxA, PMP, PE, LEED, AABC, NEBB, TABB, AEE, BCxA.
