What You’ll Do

- Take full accountability for restaurant operations, decision-making, and results
- Ensure strong management coverage and leadership presence at all times
- Analyze sales, costs, and profit trends to optimize performance
- Control labor, food costs, expenses, and post invoices accurately in the management system
- Create and execute business strategies that drive growth and operational excellence
- Maintain top-tier sanitation, food safety, cleanliness, and health standards
- Hire, train, mentor, and develop team members at all levels
- Conduct one-on-ones, performance evaluations, and team meetings
- Build and sustain an inclusive, positive, and safe workplace culture
- Maintain accurate documentation related to performance, conduct, and development
- Coach leaders and team members toward growth and career advancement
- Lead with strong communication and professionally resolve guest concerns
- Stay hands-on in operations—cooking, prepping, multitasking, and supporting the team as needed
- Operate and oversee equipment, including grills, fryers, and batch machines
- Keep a pulse on market trends, competitors, and local opportunities
- Take on additional responsibilities that support the success of the store and brand

Minimum Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of direct fast food or restaurant management experience (or a combination of education and experience)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to obtain and maintain Food Protection Manager Certification within 90 days
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays (including five lunch and two dinner shifts per week)
- Comfortable working around hot equipment, cold storage, and loud environments
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Physically active role requiring bending, lifting, walking, and multitasking
- Willingness to travel to other store locations and work flexible hours
