Job Summary:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and hands-on Maintenance Technician who is EPA Certified and experienced in HVAC systems, electrical repairs, and general building maintenance. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong technical skills and a customer-service mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, outlets, lighting, breakers, etc.
- Conduct general maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair.
- Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.
Qualifications:
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Experience in HVAC, electrical, and general maintenance
- Strong knowledge of building systems and tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.34 per hour
