Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and custodial tasks to ensure that all areas meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Our business has two facilities located back-to-back.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and equipment such as mops, vacuums, etc.
- Conduct routine trash removal, recycling collection, and waste disposal to maintain a tidy environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass surfaces, fixtures, and furniture to uphold a professional appearance.
- Perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or reporting repairs needed for facilities maintenance.
- Cleaning and maintaining of grounds
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a hazard-free workspace for everyone.
- Assist with industrial cleaning projects or specialized commercial cleaning tasks as required.
- Support other team members with porter duties or additional custodial responsibilities to ensure smooth facility operations.
Qualifications
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance procedures is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

EEEA, Inc. business hours:
First shift Monday through Friday 6am-5pm. An appropriate first shift time schedule will be determined to fit within these business hours.
Not nights, no weekends (unless a special need arises).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
