Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Regional Market Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. The Regional Market Manager will oversee and manage multiple branch operations within the region, ensuring the delivery of excellent financial services to members. This role involves supervising staff, developing and implementing strategies to meet organizational goals, driving team performance, and fostering strong relationships with members to promote financial products. The Regional Market Manager will also ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards and work to create a positive, member-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and staff development skills to supervise and motivate branch teams effectively.
- Proficiency in sales management, relationship building, and promoting financial products to achieve business goals.
- Operational knowledge in financial services, compliance, and regulatory requirements, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills to support member interactions and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Proven ability to create and execute strategic plans that align with organizational objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Proven years of experience in a regional role, managing multiple locations and operations in a financial institution or similar environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in technology and digital tools, including CRM systems and banking platforms, is an advantage.
