To achieve this, we are looking for talented people who want to make a positive difference.Who we are looking forEECO is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate who is reliable and accurate in the fulfillment of customer orders and the preparation of those orders for shipment/delivery. The Warehouse Associate will understand his/her role in support of Sales, internal team members and our customers.The objective of this roleThe role of this position is to safely and accurately fill customers' orders and ensure those orders are prepared for timely delivery. This will entail using modern inventory scanning devices and material handling equipment in a safe manner. This requires ensuring scheduling commitments are respected and inventory control processes/policies are followed. You will provide timely service and demonstrate strong customer service skills and assist in the warehousing and receipt of materials along with any and all required transactional requirements.ResponsibilitiesAccurately selecting items/equipment from warehouse inventory using handheld scanning device and preparing the order for shipment. Communications with fellow warehouse associates, warehouse management, and sales teams with solution-oriented thinking.Safely loading onto and off of large motor vehicle.Ability to safely operate forklift with proper training and certification and other material handling equipment.Actively participates and support others in cycle count, product placement and inventory management.Maintaining a clean, safe work area and environment.RequirementsMinimum age of 18 years oldAbility to pass background check and drug screenHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent2-3 years order fulfillment (customer order picking/selection) Previous experience in the Electrical Industry and/or inventory management is a plusAbility to lift, move, stack and stock products up to 50lbsExperience operating an RF scan gun is a plusAbility to work overtime as neededImportant legal notice“EECO offers a competitive compensation and benefit program.
