Position Overview
The Showroom Sales Associate supports the day-to-day client experience and sales operations within the showroom. Working alongside the Lead Stylist and tailoring team, this role plays a vital part in welcoming clients, presenting the brand, and ensuring every visit feels personal, elevated, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Sales
- Greet and welcome clients with a warm, professional demeanor that reflects the brand's luxury standard
- Assist clients in exploring ready-to-wear selections, accessories, and available services
- Support Lead Stylist during consultations and fittings as needed
- Follow up with clients post-appointment to nurture relationships and encourage return visits
- Actively contribute to individual and showroom sales goals
Showroom Presentation
- Maintain impeccable showroom organization, product displays, and overall appearance
- Ensure all samples, accessories, and styling areas are floor-ready at all times
- Uphold brand standards in every client-facing interaction
Operational Support
- Assist with scheduling, appointment preparation, and client intake
- Accurately log client preferences, measurements, and special requests
- Support special events, private fittings, and trunk shows as needed
- Coordinate with the tailoring team and virtual assistant to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion sales, boutique styling, or client services
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and deliver a high-touch client experience
- Strong knowledge of menswear, garment fit, or personal styling is a plus
- Professional appearance and confident, polished communication style
- Comfortable with scheduling tools, CRM systems, and email correspondence
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
