We are a high-energy, fast-paced office with 13 team members serving a very active and growing customer base. About 50% of our customers are Spanish-speaking, so we're always looking to bring on more Bilingual team members! This is truly a family-run office. My wife, daughter, and son all work here, and that family mindset carries into how we treat our entire team. We currently have four team members focused on sales and three focused on service, and we are proud to house the second top-producing team member in our district and are a top ten agency in the region.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Edwin Dejesus - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.

- Previous customer service experience preferred.
