Job Summary

You will assist with patient intake, vital signs, and in-room support during exams and procedures, while also helping manage scheduling, phone calls, and patient flow. Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, polished, and professional welcome to all patients, ensuring an exceptional experience from arrival to departure
- Manage front office responsibilities including check-in/check-out, scheduling, and phone communication with a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within the EHR system
- Escort patients to treatment rooms, obtain vital signs, and prepare them for consultations and procedures
- Assist the provider during exams and aesthetic or medical procedures with attention to detail and efficiency
- Deliver clear, supportive communication to patients regarding treatments, aftercare, and follow-up
- Maintain immaculate treatment rooms, ensuring they are clean, organized, and fully prepared to the highest standards
- Clean, sterilize, and care for instruments in accordance with strict infection control and safety protocols
- Monitor and manage inventory of medical and aesthetic supplies, ensuring appropriate stock levels and timely ordering
- Anticipate provider and patient needs to ensure seamless patient flow and a refined clinical experience
- Uphold the highest standards of patient care, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times
Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures
- Experience with EHR systems for documentation and scheduling
- Ability to multitask between front office and clinical responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and patient service skills
- Professional, polished, and team-oriented demeanor
- Experience in dermatology, aesthetics, or cosmetic procedures is a plus
Preferred (Not Required)
- Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA)
- Previous experience in a private practice or outpatient setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
