Job Title: Cut-Up Line Supervisor
Supervisor: Pallet Cut- Up Manager
Summary: Assist and coordinate the production flow of incoming cants and lumber and removal of processed lumber to designated staging area following established procedures. Set up and coordinate maintenance needs to include replacement of saws, belts, etc. Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
1. Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
2. Excellent attendance
3. Excellent hand/eye coordination
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Knowledge of building equipment and production procedures
6. Direct and coordinate EWPI safety rules and regulations with special emphasis on Lock-out/Tag-out procedures
7. Assist in training and coordinating work schedule as needed per production demand.
8. Maintain up to date fork truck license and act in a safe manner during all material handling functions.
9. Follow established yard rules when loading and unloading trailers.
10. Ability to follow handwritten and verbal instruction
11. Able to work independently
12. Refer questionable matters to work leader or supervisor
13. Work in a safe manner
14. Maintain clean and orderly work area
Hours: 6:00am-5:30pm
