Main Responsibilities:
- Onboarding and Off-boarding: coordinate and support onboarding and offboarding activity, including orientation, training schedules and new hire and exit paperwork.
- Projects; assist in HR projects and initiatives as required and necessary.
- Education Level: Current students, typically rising juniors/seniors: freshman and sophomores welcome.
- Relevant previous experience: in relevant major internship focus.
- knowledge areas/skills: strong communication skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn new skills and about vacuum technologies in a professional/dynamic environment.
