Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist
Level: 1 to 3 years’ experience preferred
Job Location: Corporate Office - Lawrenceburg, TN
Education Level: High School Diploma
Description
Responsible for maintaining and managing the daily accounts payable and receivable functions for the fuel side of the company.
Reports to: Controller/Office Manager

Primary Responsibilities:
- Generate and distribute accounts receivable invoices
- Record and reconcile customer payments
- Manage accounts receivable collections and identify overdue accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries related to account balances and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure all bills of lading for fuel deliveries have been entered accurately
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable and receivable transactions you handle
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Strong Excel Skills
- Experience in MS Word, Outlook, and Teams a plus
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication
