Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our dynamic facilities team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of all areas including restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
• Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
• Maintain cleanliness of windows and fixtures to promote a bright and professional environment
• Handle janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces regularly

Requirements

• Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial, industrial, or residential settings
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures, and commercial cleaning equipment
• Experience with industrial cleaning processes and facilities maintenance is preferred
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Ability to follow safety protocols diligently and work independently or as part of a team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
