Edwards Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator / Assistant to join our team at the Liberty, NC office. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our industrial projects, providing critical administrative and organizational support to our site managers and field teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Potential Candidates will be responsible for:
- Timekeeping and Payroll Support
- Manage and Check Weekly Time to be Processed
- Site/Yard Coordination
- Assist in tracking and setting up tasks associated with the site/yard.
- Scheduling
- Coordinate daily schedule to ensure timelines are met.
- Administrative Support
- And Other Duties as Assigned
Ideal Candidates Should Have:
Physical requirements include, but are not limited to:
- The ability to walk/stand on surfaces which may be even/uneven, stable/unstable, and varying compositions.
- Work in awkward spaces and/or positions including confined spaces and climbing.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent hand/eye coordination, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
Essential Requirements & Skills:
- Requirements
- Construction Experience (Preferred)
- Able to operate a skid steer, forklift, scissor lift, and lull are a plus.
- Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Bluebeam, and Scheduling Software
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Class A CDL License is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to safety.
- Additional Skills
- HS Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred)
- Construction Management Degree or Equivalent is a plus.
- Bilingual Skills (English/Spanish) is a plus.
