COMPENSATION: UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS IN ADDITION TO THE STARTING ANNUAL BASE SALARY OF $45,000.00 to $55,000.00. Unlimited Earnings - No Ceiling.

Role Summary


You'll be responsible for developing and expanding business within an assigned territory by utilizing a consultative sales approach. You'll build strong client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and help organizations leverage innovative technology solutions that improve productivity and efficiency related to:


  • Production Print Solutions
  • Managed Print Services
  • Managed Network Services
  • Business Technology Solutions


What You'll Be Doing


  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly prospecting and activity goals.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, social selling, and targeted lead-generation campaigns.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Generate revenue and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain successful client relationships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives and challenges.
  • Utilize the company's CRM system daily to track activities, manage opportunities, maintain account profiles, and forecast sales.
  • Prepare professional proposals and presentations tailored to customer needs.

Requirements


  • 2 years of outside b2b sales experience.
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout an assigned sales territory.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Reliable internet connection & phone service necessary for remote and mobile work.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience developing & closing on new business and managing client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales pipeline management & social media.
  • Strong operational and business acumen.


Travel Requirements


  • Frequent travel throughout the assigned geographic territory, including customer visits, networking events, trade shows, training programs, and occasional travel to company offices and events. A valid driver's license and a personal vehicle for regional sales travel is also required. An expense account is provided to cover business expenses such as gas, mileage, vehicle wear and tear, etc.


Compensation, Benefits & Perks Package Includes:


  • Starting base salary $45,000 to $55,000 depending on experience, PLUS commissions & bonuses
