Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of outdoor spaces through various landscaping and groundskeeping tasks. Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, tree care, and garden upkeep
- Build and install landscape features such as flower beds, retaining walls, and pathways
- Irrigate plants and lawns to ensure proper hydration and health
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various tasks
- Assist with snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access to properties
- Conduct regular groundskeeping duties including mowing, trimming, and debris removal
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while ensuring high-quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques, tree care practices, and garden maintenance is a plus
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
- Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping and maintenance tasks
