Independently leads enterprise-level efforts across Operational Health focused on clarifying process flow and decision rights with senior leaders in highly complex, cross-functional ways of working scenarios that individual business leaders cannot independently solve. Develops and executes stakeholder strategy to address ambiguous, complex challenges across the organization to expedite the delivery of firm's strategic ambitions. Leveraging strong collaboration and critical thinking, this role conducts tabletop sessions and root cause efforts to reveal where processes or enterprise systems falter—and defines actionable paths to drive clarity, apply resolution accountability, and accelerate improved outcomes. These efforts not only solve immediate challenges but build enterprise muscle in collaboration, transparency, and strategic execution. This individual will be expected to lead complex, cross functional efforts by removing barriers to unlock speed, progress, and accountability.

- Develops and executes frameworks to assess, identify and resolve constraints for strategic execution.
- Independently partners with senior business leaders to diagnose root causes of enterprise constraints and ways of working opportunities. Coaches business team to develop resolution plan including measurements, communications, enablement, ongoing accountability, etc.
- Builds partnerships with functional and firm senior leaders to create shared accountability for successful constraint resolution aligned to strategic objectives.
- Develops and executes root cause analysis firm priorities to identify constraints and collaborate across executive leadership teams to create plans to increase velocity of removal of the constraints.
- Establishes guidelines to monitor resolved constraints and take appropriate action if friction arises
- Establishes rapport with senior leaders in a manner such that accountability for performance sustainment is created and maintained through this sensitive and influential role.
- Manages end to end engagement from scoping, to design, to deployment. Accelerates execution connectivity, and impacts initiatives with minimal guidance
- Designs and facilitates sessions with significant influence and sustainable outcomes
- 5 years consulting experience
- 5 years of experience leading large and complex programs
- 5 years of experience building high performing teams
- 5 Years leading transformational change strategic initiative; driving strategic program/product initiatives across teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 5 years of experience with systems thinking and integration
- 5 years of experience creating and managing strategic roadmaps with senior leaders
- Change Management certification (e.g. PROSCI) preferred
- Advanced Degree(s) or Certification(s) in Business, Finance is strongly preferred.
