We are seeking a professional to join our Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) team within Edward Jones (EDJ) Sourcing organization. This team is responsible for managing risks associated with EDJ's use of and reliance upon third-party relationships across all business lines.

What You Will Do
- Perform initial and ongoing due diligence to assess whether Third Party Service Providers are capable of (1) providing the product or service, (2) complying with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and Firm policies, and (3) demonstrating effective risk management.
- Review and validate vendor responses to questionnaires and supporting documentation.
- Responsible for working directly and indirectly with Supplier Relationship Owners (SRO), Sourcing and/or other stakeholders to help determine inherent risk classifications for new or existing third-party services.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Cyber Risk Management, Business Resilience, Privacy, Legal and Sourcing to identify risks outside the firm's risk appetite and communicate them to SROs and Leadership.
- Maintain accurate records of due diligence activities using TPRM tools and systems to ensure audit readiness.
- Educate business stakeholders on Third Party Risk Management processes and procedures.
- Assist with preparing documentation, metrics, and materials for internal reporting, audits, and leadership updates.
- Support improvement efforts by assisting with documentation, updates, and other tasks as needed.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and professional development opportunities related to third-party risks.

Skills/Requirements
What Experience You Need:- BS/BA degree (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in a risk-related, procurement or analytical field.
- Foundational understanding of core risk domains such as cybersecurity, operational resilience, privacy, financial/operational risk, AI, and with willingness to deepen expertise over time.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review documentation, identify inconsistencies, and draw logical conclusions.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and communicate clearly with Supplier Relationship Owners and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and comfort learning new software tools, workflow systems and databases.
- Ability to independently manage assigned tasks, including prioritizing workflow, tracking open items, and following through to completion with minimal oversight.
- Ability to participate in and support risk decisions by gathering information, preparing documentation, and escalating key findings to senior team members.
- Strong time-management and organizational abilities, including maintaining accurate records and consistently meeting deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Problem solving mindset.
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and adapt to changing requirements, including evolving TPRM systems and procedures.
- Experience performing due diligence, vendor assessments, or vendor oversight in a prior role.
- Experience in risk management, risk mitigation and/or risk assessment within the financial services industry.
- Experience leading small cross-functional efforts or or supporting project work.
- Experience supporting audits or regulatory exams related to third-party risk is strongly preferred.
- Certifications such as CTPRP, CISA, etc.
- Experience in financial services, banking, or other highly regulated industry.
- Knowledge of frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT etc.
- Process improvement or automation experience.
- Strong analytical and data skills.
Current INTERNAL home-based associates: While this role is posted as hybrid, if selected and accepted, you may retain your home-based status.
