What You'll Do:
As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, partnering closely with business leaders to accelerate organizational performance through talent, leadership, and culture. In this role, you will influence critical business decisions by bringing a forward-looking perspective on workforce strategy, leadership effectiveness, succession planning, organizational design, and change leadership.
Success in this role requires that you balance strong relationships with healthy challenge. The ideal candidate will be comfortable questioning legacy approaches, introducing new ways of working, and helping leaders navigate complexity and change with confidence. You will leverage data, business acumen, and deep HR expertise to shape talent strategies that enable growth while preserving and strengthening culture.
- Partner directly with executive and senior leaders to align talent and organizational strategies with business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing candid counsel and challenging assumptions to improve business and talent outcomes.
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development efforts.
- Coach leaders through complex organizational, performance, engagement, and change-related challenges.
- Assess organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements to structure, decision making, accountability, and ways of working.
- Lead and influence change initiatives that support business transformation and sustainable results.
- Leverage workforce analytics and business insights to identify risks, trends, and opportunities.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to implement integrated talent solutions.
What Experience You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including:
- Proven ability to partner effectively with senior and executive leaders.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate business priorities into talent strategies.
- Demonstrated success influencing, coaching, and developing leaders.
- Experience leading organizational change and transformation efforts.
- Deep expertise across talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and succession planning.
- Strong analytical, consulting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
