What You'll Do:
- The Product Owner serves as the individual accountable for one system, or subcomponents of low to medium complex product structures. They are responsible for providing thought leadership and driving a functional product team to deliver value to internal and external customers of the Firm.
- The role is accountable for the respective product's branch/client experience that necessitates a systems thinking approach.
- In collaboration with the Product Manger, this individual aligns strategy to execution through the development and maintenance of their product roadmap, outlining the body of work expected now, next, and into the future.
- This work includes management of system plans and supporting artifacts encompassing resource requirements, stakeholder solution requirements, dependencies, timelines, milestones, and success criteria as necessary to deliver on the promised business value.
- This individual additionally serves as the primary contact for issues and escalations related to their supported systems, providing as timely resolution as possible.
- This individual will additionally interact and align with adjacent product teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive progression of the department strategy.
- This role will collaborate with the Product Manager to maintain and prioritize the product backlog. Assist in writing well defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure that the backlog is refined and ready for sprint planning.
- This role will collaborate with QE resources to define acceptance criteria and ensure that the delivered product meets quality standards.

- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
- 7 years of experience within product ownership or product management
