Key Responsibilities
- Communication & Engagement
Deliver exceptional field support through accurate, timely communications and consistent engagement. Maintain calendars, newsletters, event updates, and recognition programs. - Performance
Enable operational excellence by ensuring scheduling accuracy, directory maintenance, and onboarding support. Reduce administrative burden for Regional Leaders. - Capacity
Optimize capacity for Regional Leaders and branch teams by forecasting assignments, managing timelines, and documenting SOPs for consistency and efficiency. - Development & Adaptability
Keep development plans current, participate in AI learning bursts, and apply training to create measurable efficiencies. Champion adaptability and collaboration during change initiatives.
- Ways We Work
- It’s essential to balance your time, expertise, and access to resources across your three assigned regions’ highest priorities.
- You will work to ensure that projects are prioritized and completed week to week, while also forecasting future assignments.
- You will be expected to communicate your capacity and reprioritize work so that all can be completed within agreed-upon timelines.
- You will document role clarity on your many region-related tasks as those roles evolve over the course of your individual region relationships.
- You will also document Standard Operating Procedures over the course of the first two trimesters to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Success in this role requires strategic thinking, the ability to influence outcomes through relationship-building, prioritization of work, multitasking across competing demands, and collaboration with diverse teams.
- Minimum of 3 years of advanced strategic and project coordination support, customer service experience, and event management experience
- Tactical problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional virtual facilitation skills, including the ability to confidently host and manage Zoom meetings, engage participants, and ensure a seamless online experience.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and work independently
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence across teams
- Excellent computer skills including advanced application of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint), Zoom, and virtual meeting facilitation
- Accomplished at working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, quickly learning and applying new and complex information
- Some travel may be requested/required; if travel cannot be accommodated, measurable support of the department and team during high-volume and travel seasons is expected
- Consistent weekly working schedule and dedicated working location: Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00 or standard business hours
