We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Lead, Partnership Accounting to play a key role in overseeing the accuracy, integrity, and execution of our partnership accounting processes. In this role, you will lead the team through complex partnership calculations, ensure high-quality outputs, and continuously identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will also drive the development of insightful analyses that inform and support executive-level decision-making related to our partnerships.

- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and emerging risks within partnership accounting processes, and proactively recommend enhancements to improve accuracy, timeliness, and the overall partner experience.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and quality review for Analysts and Senior Analysts, fostering technical excellence and professional development.
- Design, execute, and maintain complex calculation models across multiple partner offerings, ensuring alignment with business objectives and firm‑wide initiatives.
- Serve as the escalation point for technical issues, complex partner scenarios, and interpretation of partnership agreement terms, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Income Tax, Legal, Treasury, Digital teams, and external partners to resolve issues, enhance transparency, and create value in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA certification or master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and financial modeling.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with partners and senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with partnership tax concepts is preferred.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Query, Power BI, and Tableau) is highly desirable.
Commesurate with experience
