The Enterprise Strategy, Design, and Delivery Leader for the Future of Work initiative serves as the leader responsible for shaping and delivering a multi-year, enterprise-wide modernization agenda. This role leads one of the firms' most impactful modernization efforts designed to reimagine how Home Office work is performed, unlock operational capacity, enable next-generation workforce capabilities, and deliver substantial financial and productivity benefits.

▪Proven ability to build advocacy for strategic initiatives through compelling communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership.
▪Strong judgment, decisiveness, and comfort operating in environments of ambiguity, with a track record of accelerating decisions and removing organizational barriers.
▪Operates independently with the ability to make high-impact decisions aligned to enterprise objectives.
Preferred Experience
▪15 years leading large-scale, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives across complex, matrixed organizations
▪10 years leading associates, program teams, and firm-wide cross-functional efforts
▪7 years advancing reinvention efforts in process redesign, workforce strategy, AI automation and/or sourcing optimization
▪5 years with responsibility for managing a large P&L or enterprise-level financial portfolio
▪Experience in the financial services industry, with a strong background in workforce strategy and development, strongly preferred
▪ Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively engage, influence, and advise senior leaders and stakeholders across all levels of the firm.
▪Recognized as a strategic thought partner and trusted advisor, enabling enterprise alignment and informed decision-making.
