- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Partner with MPS functional areas to maintain alignment, understand needs and connection points, and support cross‑functional efforts that enhance the branch experience. Ensure informational resources are accurate and relevant, and coordinate live events that reinforce consistent messaging and effective execution.
- Collaborate and Influence Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to influence alignment and ensure consistent messaging aligned with firm priorities.
- Build Acumen and Enable Learning Work with field leadership to deliver effective virtual, in‑person engagement and resources supported by relevant resources and insights.
- Create and Deliver Engaging Content Develop and maintain impactful and compelling resources (JonesLink, videos, presentations, one pagers) that inform decisions.
- Drive Transformation: Champion strategic initiatives that elevate service quality and enable new ways of thinking and working, influencing outcomes without formal authority.
- Facilitate and Communicate: Lead presentations and listening forums to understand practice team experiences. Synthesize insights, communicate key themes, and proactively escalate risks, gaps, and decision needs-driving clarity, alignment, and resolution by coordinating owners and following through to closure.
- Provide Targeted FA Support when appropriate: Provide individualized FA support and direction as needed, while identifying, escalating, and actively driving resolution of complex issues by coordinating with appropriate partners and ensuring follow‑through to closure.

Skills/Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree required. College degree in related field.
- Experience in communications, marketing or related field.
- Experience in group facilitation.
- Experience leading change efforts.
- Graphic design experience
- Voiceover/ television experience
- Change management certification
- 3 yrs experience in the financial services field
- Series 7 and 66 or 63/65
- Proven experience in communication, writing, and editing across various media.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and inform.
- Ability to simplify complex information for broad audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build trust across teams and functions.
- Skilled in empathetic communication and data-driven storytelling.
- Experience handling sensitive topics with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience in graphic design or visual storytelling (e.g., logos, diagrams, infographics).
- Ability to create and manage project plans across multiple initiatives.
- Familiarity with change management principles and enterprise transformation.
- Understanding of branch team dynamics and Market and Practice Solutions functions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results aligned with strategic goals.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

Current INTERNAL home-based associates: While this role is posted as hybrid, if selected and accepted, you may retain your home-based status.
