The Overlay Trade Operations team is responsible for managing trading controls, exception oversight, and operational integrity for the firm’s UMA Program. This role plays a critical part in supporting the end-to-end trading lifecycle and ensuring adherence to firm policies, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
This position operates in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, requiring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex operational scenarios. The role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to process improvement, risk mitigation, and the evolution of trading oversight within the UMA platform.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience is preferred
- 4 years of experience in a financial services environment (or equivalent) required
- Strong industry knowledge including an understanding of rules and regulations and how they impact the business area
- Must have proven problem solving, decision making and critical thinking skills
- Must have the ability to proactively identify risks and design and implement effective controls to mitigate risks
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- High level of learning agility
- Experience working across different software applications, i.e. Excel, SQL, Power BI, to analyze data and utilize macros, formulas, and queries.
- Previous experience with Advisory programs
- Series 7 license
- Advanced experience in tools and applications used to analyze data

Salary : $74,600 - $122,800
