Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented School Psychologist to join a supportive school district in Philadelphia, PA for the upcoming school year. The ideal candidate will provide a full range of psychological services to students, including evaluations, counseling, and consultation, to help promote academic, social, and emotional success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and educational evaluations to identify student strengths and areas of need.
- Develop and assist with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and staff.
- Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ emotional and behavioral development.
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop strategies that improve student outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and district requirements.
- Participate in RTI/MTSS processes and multidisciplinary team meetings.
Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania School Psychologist Certification (Required).
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Strong assessment, data interpretation, and communication skills.
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred.
