E-Therapy, powered by Edustaff, is seeking passionate Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year in Rockford, IL. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive school district with manageable caseloads while making a meaningful impact on the lives of children.

We currently have two onsite openings, including:

• All ages available: EC, Elem,
• Middle School and High School

What You'll Do

• Conduct evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Provide direct therapy services to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and maintain compliant documentation.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• IL OT license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
