Position Summary
Metropolitan Community College (MCC) Workforce & Economic Development (WED) seeks qualified contract professionals to provide training delivery, consulting/SME support, and/or curriculum development across a broad range of disciplines based on evolving client and program needs.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESContract Trainers/Consultants/Curriculum Developers Will Be Expected To
Maintain required industry credentials/certifications necessary to perform requested services.
Deliver effective instruction using varied methodologies aligned to adult learners and course objectives.
Select appropriate instructional methods and perform necessary administrative tasks to deliver and document training.
Submit required documentation and feedback to MCC WED within defined timeframes.
Develop new or updated curriculum/materials and processes when requested to meet training requirements.
Comply with MCC/WED terms, conditions, policies, and procedures applicable to service delivery.
Qualifications
Credentials/Education/Experience: Contractor shall demonstrate qualifications aligned to the services provided, including relevant education, career experience, and credentials/certifications where applicable.
Adult learning/training capability: Demonstrated ability to plan, customize, deliver, and document training/consulting/curriculum development work.
Bachelors Degree & 7-10 Years of Experience.
