What are the responsibilities and job description for the Testing Project Manager (Trading Partner) position at Educology Solutions?
ESI is seeking a Testing Project Manager who is accountable to the DDI PMO Lead and Engagement Lead and who works hand in hand with the resources assigned to the project to ensure project management standards, tools and practices are utilized timely by the project team commitments. They also support requirement management throughout the lifecycle of the project, from start up to closedown.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Integration Management
Updates PMO defined reporting mechanisms based on established PMO standards
Scope Management
Monitors all workstreams do not execute tasks in support of unapproved CRs or undocumented/unapproved requirements unless directed to do so by the Engagement Lead
Schedule Management
Works with the Master Scheduler so that the project schedule(s) incorporates all tasks, effort, and dependencies of approved CRs.
Communication Management
Internally: communicates project activities and status to internal project team and project PMO based on established standards; communicating changes that affects the program (priorities, schedule, and scope)
Externally: communicates with the client and other stakeholders as assigned by the Engagement Lead and documented in the Communication Plan
Stakeholder Management
Builds partnerships with other DDI team leaders and maintains positive relationships with customers
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing Information Technology projects- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in Microsoft Suite and MS Project
- Expert in Excel
- Experience with SFTP transmission tools
- Conveys strong knowledge of project management and associated methodologies, techniques, processes, and approaches - exudes credibility as a PM subject matter expert
