Position Overview
The Administrative / Executive Assistant plays a central role in keeping Educo running smoothly. This individual will provide high-level administrative support to the firm’s leadership while also managing day-to-day office operations, client service workflows, and internal coordination.
This is not a passive support role—it is a strategic operations position for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and energized by helping a growing firm operate at a higher level.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Leadership Support
- Manage calendars, scheduling, travel, and meeting logistics for firm leadership
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up action items
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
Client Experience & Operations
- Coordinate client meetings (virtual and in-person), including preparation of materials
- Track client service workflows, deliverables, and follow-ups
- Assist with onboarding of new clients and ongoing account administration
- Maintain CRM, document management systems, and compliance records
Office & Business Administration
- Oversee daily office operations and vendor relationships
- Manage filing systems, data organization, and process documentation
- Support billing, basic bookkeeping, and expense tracking
- Assist with internal projects, reporting, and operational improvements
Communications & Brand Support
- Draft professional correspondence, emails, and internal communications
- Support marketing and event logistics (workshops, seminars, community initiatives)
- Help ensure consistency with Educo’s brand standards and client experience philosophy
Qualifications & Skills
Required
- 3 years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or operations role
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred
- Experience in financial services, professional services, or a regulated environment
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Redtail, Salesforce, Wealthbox)
- Event coordination or client service experience

Position Overview: We seek an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our executive team at a growing financial advisory firm. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling leadership to focus on client relationships and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: You will manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare materials for client presentations and board discussions. You'll handle confidential correspondence, maintain filing systems, and organize travel arrangements for domestic and international trips. Your role includes screening calls and emails, serving as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. You'll also prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Required Qualifications: You need 3 years of executive assistant experience, ideally in a professional services or financial environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, calendar management software, and email systems is essential. You must demonstrate strong organizational skills, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical, along with the ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
