Full-time & Part-time - Non-exempt - Day Shift
Essential Functions of the Role
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled cycle counts to ensure that the physical count matches the data in the fulfillment center management system.
- Open cartons, bundles, and other containers to count items to determine quantity on hand.
- Ensure materials are in proper locations. Conduct searches to locate lost inventory.
- Perform thorough research and document inventory discrepancies using all available resources to identify root causes and then take the necessary steps to resolve these issues.
- Report discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged products to your supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Above average written and verbal communication skills. Ability to document inventory issues in writing that can be easily understood.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Must have the ability to follow oral instructions.
- Must have the ability to use PC equipment with various software packages and handheld RF scanners.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of related experience in inventory control / counts.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb and move about the facility; regularly utilizes depth perception, peripheral vision, and close focus.
- Must be able to push, pull or lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
- Must be able to read, write and hold conversations with team members.
- Requires standing for long periods of time.
- Must be able to navigate stairs.
Working Conditions
Requires working in an open fulfillment center environment with possibility of periods with extreme temperatures.
Compensation and Benefits
$16.36 plus possibility of incentive
