What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Project Manager - Whatcom County position at Educational Service District 112?
Under the general direction of the Project Manager(s), the Assistant Project Manager will be a key player on one of our regional teams, helping us efficiently deliver high-quality construction projects for public schools. This position will join our team of construction consultants and provide expert guidance and project management exclusively to Washington State School Districts as owners representatives.
Region:
Northwest Washington Region - This position will primarily support projects in Whatcom County with additional project support in Skagit, Snohomish, and Island Counties. Work will be conducted from home or regional office, with regular travel to school districts and project sites as needed. this service area and have access to high-speed internet.

Salary:
The full salary range for this position is $78,064.45-$99,987.83.Offers are made at the beginning of the range.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business Management or related field; an Associate's degree and two years of experience in business, construction, facilities planning, architecture, design process or owner construction representation; OR a High School Diploma or GED and four years of experience in business, construction, facilities planning, architecture, design process or owner construction representation.
- Proficient user of Microsoft 365/Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Proficiency in SharePoint and/or electronic data management.
- Experience reviewing construction plans and specifications.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
