Fairport Harbor Schools is seeking a dedicated, student-centered Educational Assistant to support teachers and students in a dynamic learning environment. The Educational Assistant will work closely with classroom teachers and intervention specialists to assist with instruction, supervision, and student support throughout the school day.
Description: The Educational Assistant provides instructional, behavioral, and clerical support to students and staff in various educational settings, including classrooms, small groups, or one-on-one instruction. This position plays a vital role in reinforcing lessons, supporting student learning, and helping to maintain a positive and productive classroom environment. All staff are expected to adhere to district communication protocols, including the exclusive use of their assigned school email accounts for all professional correspondence.
