Qualifications
- Prior School Treasurer/CFO experience is preferred
- Holds a valid Ohio Treasurer's license and understands Ohio school finance
- An excellent communicator- both verbal and written
- Proven leadership capabilities and high ethical standards

Demonstrated expertise in the management, compliance, and reporting of federal funds and
state/federal grants -
The ability and willingness to articulate the district's financial positions to board members, staff,
and to the public, and to alter presentation details to different audiences - Ability to foster and maintain an atmosphere of respect and trust.

Maintain great relationships with the partnerships in the community and local governing
officials.
Terms of Employment
The successful candidate will be offered a multi-year contract. The salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package is included.
The ESC of Northeast Ohio/Finding Leaders offers comprehensive support in planning, recruiting, and transitioning leadership, assisting in the creation of a leadership transition plan and
guiding the board through candidate selection.
