Position Summary
You will oversee book-related publishing tasks, manage video and podcast production, coordinate social media content, support event planning, and organize the digital presence for a rapidly expanding personal brand. Key Responsibilities
Book & Publishing Support
- Research, vet, and coordinate editors, designers, and publishing partners.
- Evaluate self-publishing vs. traditional publishing options.
- Manage timelines and deliverables for the book launch.
Media Production
- Oversee video shoots, podcast production, and other media projects.
- Coordinate with creative professionals to deliver high-quality content.
Digital Presence & Social Media
- Manage social media posting schedules and content coordination.
- Support content distribution across platforms.
- Assist with the development and management of a new website.
Brand & Program Support
- Coordinate logistics for coaching-related content and potential events.
- Provide administrative and project-management support as needed.
Qualifications
Required
- Experience in media production, digital content, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Tech-competent and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Preferred
- Experience in social media scheduling or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with book publishing workflows.
