We are currently seeking experienced Bartenders to join our team across all NYC locations.
Position SummaryBartenders are responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences through professional beverage service, expert product knowledge, and efficient bar operations. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.
Responsibilities- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
- Engage guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Verify identification and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Promote featured cocktails, beverages, and menu specials
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking
- Collaborate with servers, runners, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Minimum 7 years of bartending experience in full-service restaurants
- Experience must be in a full-service restaurant environment
- Catering halls, banquet facilities, and similar venues will not be considered
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- Experience working in high-volume environments
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry bar supplies and inventory
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Pass PJ Clarke's Comprehensive Food & Beverage Test
- Successfully complete 4 days of training
