Full Job Description
Job Purpose:
- To prepare, cook, and serve high-quality meals in a large high-volume, professional kitchen for the men and woman who serve our country
Key Responsibilities:
- Cook meals according to standardized recipes and food safety protocols.
- Work as part of a disciplined and focused culinary team.
- Ensure all meals are prepared on time and meet high-quality standards.
- Serve food to customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
Qualifications:
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience as a line cook or other restaurant cooking.
- Experience in preparing meals for large groups such as in a college or hospital setting.
Desired Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards (Serve Safe Certified is a plus).
- Ability to work in a structured team-based environment.
