Responsibilities
CDL BPS Bus Driver: $31.68 per hour
CDL CPS Van Driver: $28.91 per hour
Sign-on bonus: $5,000 for CDL Bus and Van Drivers (BPS and CPS)
Sign-on bonus: $500 for non-CDL drivers (training provided for qualified applicants)
Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week, with additional work available if interested.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a school bus or van along designated routes to transport students to and from school and field trips.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers according to established schedules.
- Assist students and other passengers during boarding and exiting, including during emergencies.
- Monitor and reinforce appropriate passenger behavior to maintain a safe environment.
- Assess and respond to incidents, complaints, accidents, or potential emergencies as needed.
- Maintain a high standard of safety and professionalism at all times.
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with appropriate endorsements for bus or van driving preferred; training available for qualified non-CDL applicants.
- Commitment to safety and excellent customer service.
- Ability to work both morning and afternoon shifts, Monday through Friday.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
