Although part-time, successful local coordinators are enthusiastic about sharing our mission and make the relationship building process a part of their daily life.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Identify, recruit and screen qualified host families. ETC provides training on proven methods for locating high quality host families and all marketing materials to use in your recruiting efforts.
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential host families, school administrators, and community influencers
- Engage in person with exchange students, host families, and local high schools including monthly meetings, group student activities and periodic orientations. ETC provides comprehensive training to support all working with our students and families.
- Represent and promote ETC in your community through social media, email marketing, press releases, local media, and other avenues.
- This is an independent contractor position that is family-friendly, flexible, and complements a busy schedule (10-20 Hours/Month). Much of your work can be from home and on your own schedule.
- Annual performance-based incentive trips including international travel opportunities.
- Potential for growth into a management position
- Learn about a new culture while working alongside high-school exchange students and their host families.

- Live within 75 miles of listed city
- Have valid Driver's License
