Salary: This is a full-time twelve (12) month position at 232 days with a minimum annual salary of $81,352.00. This is a grant-funded position and continued employment is contingent upon grant renewal.
Job Summary/Primary Purpose:
Work independently under the supervision of the TCMPC Learning and Development Coordinator, to manage daily progress, tasks and teams that work within the TCR OER Grant. Lead various teams that develop and provide quality assurance of freely available implementation support materials for Bluebonnet Learning, Edition 1, including unit/module snapshots, podcast episodes, and Math lesson videos. Additional work within the grant will include leading teams that will provide additional capacity for the development and review of the Bluebonnet Learning K-5 Integrated instructional materials, production of PLC videos, and oversight of A/B research projects.

- 5 years proven track record of successful project management

- Thorough knowledge of Bluebonnet Learning Instructional Materials and TCMPC components

- Master's degree in administration, curriculum, instruction, and assessment or content specific field
Experience:
- Strong background in curriculum writing/development
- Experience as an Instructional Materials Review and Approval (IMRA) quality reviewer
- Bilingual/Biliterate (Spanish preferred)
- Thorough knowledge of Covid Emergency Release (CER) instructional materials and Bluebonnet Learning, Edition 1 instructional materials
- Working knowledge of general cognitive science as well as content-specific cognitive science (i.e. Research-Based Instructional Strategies)
- Working knowledge of generative AI applications
- Ability to determine suitability of instructional materials
Major Responsibilities:
- Serve as a representative of the Center, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration and discretion in all interactions with other members of the educational community and with the public.
- Design development systems for the design, prototyping, production, distribution, evaluation, and continuous improvement of high-quality implementation support materials for Bluebonnet Learning, Edition 1instructional materials, including, but not limited to podcast scripts, unit podcasts, unit snapshots, content support videos, and PLC videos
- Embed implementation support materials to appropriate online platforms
- Develop and review instructional materials for Bluebonnet Learning K-5 Integrated
- Clearly communicate progress regarding development efforts including timelines, areas of concern, and potential solutions to supervisor, team, and colleagues
- Manage time, duties, and responsibilities for multiple projects and teams simultaneously, and reliably meet all deadlines with little oversight
- Lead and collaborate professionally across multiple teams and projects
- Communicate consistently and clearly with various team members regarding multiple projects and timelines
- Collaborate with supervisor and team regarding development and constructive feedback
- Reliably meet deadlines and deliver quality products
- Work productively in a virtual environment with reliance on video conferencing, email and phone as primary forms of communication

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Hire, onboard and train new employees
- Oversee, coach and develop a team of content developers
- Oversee, coach and develop various teams of contracted employees
- Provide continual feedback and coaching regarding product development and product quality for grant deliverables
- Provide clear roles, responsibilities and guidelines for all teams
Budget Responsibilities:
- Assist supervisor in developing and monitoring grant budget
