To support the vision, mission, and strategic priorities of ESC Region 12. To provide essential clerical and operational support to program specialists and department staff. This role ensures the efficient production of educational materials, seamless workshop registration, and responsive customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Education/Certification
- High school diploma required
- Associate’s Degree preferred
Special Knowledge/Skills
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; proven ability to deliver effective presentations to diverse groups.
- Highly organized self-starter able to coordinate complex projects and manage program logistics through proactive problem-solving.
- Ability to research/interpret complex policies and translate data into actionable insights using advanced software (spreadsheets and word processing).

General Responsibilities
- Provides support for assigned specialists and general department staff.
- Manages calendars for personnel (specialists) to ensure training and site visits are scheduled.
- Focuses on clerical production: creating workshop materials, organizing registration, and editing documents for specialists.
- Provide dedicated administrative assistance to assigned specialists, enabling them to focus on regional service delivery.
- Actively manage personnel calendars to optimize scheduling for site visits, consultations, and training sessions.
- Execute clerical functions, including document production, editing, and the preparation of high-quality materials for workshops and professional development.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer requests, managing registration and attendance data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Work effectively with staff across various departments to ensure office procedures are followed and departmental goals are met.
