About the Role
As a Paraprofessional, you will work alongside teachers and support staff to provide instructional assistance, reinforce student learning, and help create a positive and engaging classroom experience.
What You'll Do
- Support teachers with daily classroom instruction and learning activities.
- Provide one-on-one and small group academic support to students.
- Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Help administer assessments and serve as a testing proctor when assigned.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Associate Degree or a minimum of 60 college credit hours required (90 credit hours preferred).
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with students, families, teachers, and staff.
