POSITION TITLE: Food Service Assistant Manager
REPORTS TO: Director of Food Service
Location: Assignments will be made based upon needs of the District/Food Services Department
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 186 school days, 7 hours per day, begining the start of the 2024-2025 school year
QUALIFICATIONS:

Food Service experience

Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with others as part of a team.

Must have good organizational skills, maintain confidentiality and be flexible.
- Must be Serv-Safe Certified, or willing to gain certification within 30 days of hire.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Day to day operation of the cafeteria including menu planning, record keeping and inventory

Work with food services team in providing meals for the students at the school

Provides oversight and assists with preparation/cooking of all foods, based on the monthly menus
- Provides assistance in cashiering, as needed

Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Food Service Director.
