- Implementing individualized behavior intervention and skill-acquisition plans
- Supporting students with behavior reduction, communication, social skills, and adaptive functioning
- Collecting accurate data and completing session documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborating with school staff and EBC supervisors to support student progress
- Maintaining professionalism and representing EBC positively on campus
- Following behavior support plans with consistency, compassion, and clinical integrity

Preferred Qualifications:
- Current RBT certification preferred
- BT candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
- Experience working with children in school, clinic, or home-based settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and receive feedback well
- Professional, dependable, and organized
- Passion for supporting students with diverse needs
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM availability required
