What Youβll Do:
- Support end users with desktop software, hardware, and network issues (Level I & II).
- Install and upgrade Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft 365 Suite, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot virus/malware issues and perform system cleanups.
- Monitor and maintain the daily operations of the local area network (LAN).
- Perform software/hardware service administration and coordinate with vendors.
- Debug and test software issues, recommend program changes when needed.
- Provide informal tech guidance to colleagues and may coordinate tasks as required.
What The Team Is Looking For:
β 2β3 years of desktop or technical support experience
β High School diploma (relevant experience required)
β Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and remote troubleshooting
β Strong communication and problem-solving skills
β Ability to interpret and respond to technical and user-based issues clearly
β Bonus: Experience with office IT setups/moves/changes
β Bonus: Certifications like CompTIA A or Microsoft MDA are a plus
