High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Qualifications Requirements
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position will be the following
Ability to verbally communicate with students- parents- teachers- principals and supervisor. Ability to read a map read written directions and follows verbal directions.
Mathematic Skills
Ability to tell time.
Technology Skills
Ability to operate a two-way radio and cellular telephone.
Reasoning Skills
Ability to solve practical problems related to personnel- student behavior- vehicle maintenance- including emergency situations.

- High School diploma or its equivalent.
- Criminal history record from the Kansas Bureau of Investigation.
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position will be the following
- Assists the bus driver in maintaining good student conduct on the bus.
- Assists young or students with disabilities in getting on and off the bus.
- Provides written records of violations of the student code to the transportation supervisor.
- Collects and turns over to the school secretary those personal items left on bus by students.
- Assist students with disabilities in regards to positioning and health and safety matters.
