Guidance Counselor
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in School Counseling, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Active state-level licensure and/or certification as a School Counselor OR ability to obtain.
- Experience working in schools or with children is preferred but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide individual and/or group counseling to support students’ academic achievement, emotional well-being, and personal growth.
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address student needs and promote mental wellness.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement interventions that support student success.
- Assist in the creation and review of individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 plans for students with special needs.
- Participate in meetings with school staff and families, offering guidance and strategies for addressing academic or behavioral concerns.
- Perform other related tasks as required.
