What You'll Do
- Provide individualized instruction aligned with each student's IEP
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Support elementary students with behavioral disorders (BD) and learning disabilities (LD)
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction to meet evolving needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with special education requirements
- Active Iowa Teaching License
- Iowa Instructional Strategist II BD/LD endorsement
