- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Provide specialized instruction tailored to individual student needs.
- Support students with social, emotional, behavioral, and academic needs.
- Implement positive behavioral interventions and classroom management strategies.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, support staff, and families.
- Create a structured, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support students in achieving their academic, behavioral, social, and emotional goals.
- Valid Massachusetts Special Education License for Grades 1–3 required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Experience working with students with social/emotional and behavioral needs preferred.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with school staff and families.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Salary : $45 - $50
